Structure of each week
I share knowledge, info and techniques from Monday to Thursday with a workbook, videos and audio’s. You will receive the synthesis on Friday and can practice and repeat everything at the weekend.
You fill in your sleep diary daily, which calculates your sleep efficiency that we will increase in the six weeks of sleep training.
